Our Story
Charles and Susan Levine opened Citron Baltimore in November 2016, bringing over 40 years and roughly 14,000 catered events of experience to Quarry Lake, with clients that have included five U.S. presidents, the NFL, the Rolling Stones, and Oprah. Citron Caterers, the family's off-premise arm, has served Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia for more than 30 years. In November 2026, Citron Baltimore celebrates its 10th anniversary.
